Empowering David, LLC ("Empowering David," "I," "me") runs empoweringdavid.com. This page explains what information I collect, why, and what I do with it.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I collect what you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, the service you're interested in, your description of the problem, and your website if you include it.
I don't use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies to follow you around the web.
How I use it
I use your information only to reply to your request, schedule a call, prepare a proposal, and, if we work together, deliver the work and send invoices. I don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and I don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who else handles it
Contact form submissions are delivered to my email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operations. Beyond that, I share information only if the law requires it.
If you pay an invoice, the payment is processed by Stripe (stripe.com). I never see or store your full card or bank details; Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy. I receive only basic payment records, such as your name, the amount, and the date.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiry details as long as needed to respond and follow up. If we work together, I keep project and billing records as long as business and tax rules require. You can ask me to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email kenjsdev@pm.me and I'll take care of it.
Security
I take reasonable steps to protect the information you send me. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, though.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
